PURCHASE RETURN CONDITIONS

If the item you purchased has factory defects, was damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with the quality, you can return it within 14 days after it was received.

  • The return is free for goods purchased for the full value, within 14 days from the receipt of the delivery.
  • If after receipt of the order more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your purchase price or replace the purchased goods.
  • Return of goods is possible only if its consumer properties and presentation are preserved. Returned goods must be in unused, original condition, with all attached labels and all attached accessories or booklets with instructions, in the original packaging, the integrity of which is not violated. 
  • Uncompleted, damaged, worn, stained or altered goods will not be accepted and, accordingly, will be sent back to the customer. 
  • Goods with discounts are not refundable. 
  • Some categories of goods can not be returned for hygiene purposes (for example, underwear, hosiery).
  • Goods purchased from other companies are not applicable to refund. 
  • Goods return is carried out by the courier service PONY EXPRESS. Important! We do not assume obligations for goods returned in any other way. 
  • Return of goods must be made from the same address where the order was delivered.

 

FOR REFUND REGISTRATION IT IS NECESSARY

Send request by email to the address claims@boomli.ru
The request should contain the following information:

  • order number;
  • product code;
  • the reason for the return;
  • contact information.

After receiving the request, the customer service representative will contact you. Confirmation and further procedure for returning goods will be sent by email.
 

REFUND

The refund of the cost of the goods is carried out within 14 days (depending on the bank) from the date of receipt of the returned goods to the warehouse and confirmation by experts of improper quality of the goods.

  • The method of refunding the order value corresponds to the method of payment for the order.
  • If you did not receive the specified amount, first recheck your account, then contact the bank. It may take some time for the transfer to be officially displayed.
